Skyrim review

Everybody please jump over to Techcetera and take a look at my review of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim! It's quite likely to be my game of the year, because I can't quit playing it. Right now, all I want to do is go home and play it some more.

I had an ancient Nord helmet that I found at a tomb, and then I got bogged down with too much gear and sold it, and now I want it back and can't find it! Any ideas? I can't remember which merchant I sold it to, but their stock changes a lot anyway.

I know a lot of you will be getting Skyrim, too. What do you think of it?

I think you need to tell me what tomb you found that Ancient Nord Helmet!

Seriously,I really want to know where it is.

However, about the game, LOVE IT!!! It seems to have a strong Fallout 3 feel to it for some reason, whether it be because of an updated graphics engine which could have started with Fallout 3, a change in music, a required "in position"-ing for simple magic healing, the repositioning of the 3rd person perspective, the lack of home-y warm forests, lack of in-depth character creation editing, lack of structure in organization due to the terrain of the location, the slow-motion finish moves, the extended gore, or just all of them put together; the game otherwise feels clean on the Oblivion side.

But again, please get back to me on the Ancient Nord Helmet location; in the least give me a general area of the map to search.

I'm glad you agree about the game's merits! I can't remember exactly which tomb I found that ancient Nord helmet in. I hope it wasn't a unique item that I've lost completely. Has anyone else been forced to drop something when you were overburdened, and then find out later that it was valuable or rare?
